Run any eye case with 2026 evidence.

Before the first drop.

Observe. Assess undilated reflexes before drops change the findings.

Preserve the baseline. Measure tears before drops when safe, and pressure before dilation.

Respect the globe. Defer contact tests when a fragile globe is suspected.

A checklist, not a rigid order. Urgent care takes priority.

What the course ships

Decision routes, not lecture hours.

Eight modules, five lessons each

Exam order, adnexa, cornea, the red eye, lens, the blind patient, emergencies — each lesson 800–1,100 words with drug and threshold tables sourced and dated, plus application questions.

14 branching cases

Work the case, choose, get the consequence and the teaching. Each case runs on patient findings, not invented monitors.

7 interactive tools

Exam interpreter, ulcer triage, red-eye route, blind-patient localizer, drop scheduler, glaucoma time log and referral radar — built to run during the consult.

30-item final exam

Case-anchored items at an 80% pass mark: 12 image reads, 10 clinical decisions, 5 numbers items, 3 "what's outdated" items. Wrong answers link back to the lesson.

Nurse/technician track inside the same course

Exam setup, drop coaching, recheck scripts and emergency prep — no add-on product.

20 hours, certificate of completion

Finish the modules, pass the exam, receive a certificate of completion. No CE or accreditation is claimed.

Observe and assess undilated reflexes first; measure tears before drops when safe, pressure before dilation, and defer contact in a fragile globe. A checklist, not a rigid order.

R.E.D. Eye Route

Rule out emergencies, Evaluate the minimum database, Decide disposition — the red-eye pathway as three verbs.

B.L.I.N.D. Localizer

Blink reflexes, Light reflex, Instill nothing more, Menace, Dazzle — narrow differential locations without mistaking reflexes for conscious vision.

U.L.C.E.R. Triage

Understand depth, Locate the cause, Use anti-melt therapy, Evaluate on a clock, Refer on red flags.

P.R.E.S.S. Sprint

Pressure measured, Reduce production, Enter prostaglandin safely, Support with osmotic + analgesia, Send to specialist — the first hour of acute glaucoma.

D.R.O.P.S. Scheduler

Drug, Route/technique, Order & spacing, Patient math, Safety caps — turn a prescription into a doable owner day.

Questions

Before you enroll.

Who is this for?

Veterinarians in small-animal practice first, with an in-course nurse/technician track (exam setup, drop coaching, recheck scheduling, emergency prep) — there is no separate product and no extra charge.

How current is the drug content?

It reflects labels and evidence through 2026. Every number shows its source and year and a "verify against a current formulary" stamp, because labels change; ours were checked in October 2026.

Will the numbers work in my country?

Drug labels differ by country (US, EU, UK), so every drug lesson carries a region note. In Hong Kong and Macau, check local availability and labeling before prescribing. Doses are educational reference values to verify against a current formulary and your practice protocols.

Are there videos of the procedures?

This edition uses licensed clinical photographs and original labeled schematics. Procedure videos are not included; no AI-generated image is used as clinical evidence.

Is there a certificate?

Yes — a certificate of completion after passing a 30-item case-based exam at 80%. No CE or accreditation is claimed.
